Bentley is starting the restoration of the very first T-Series model. The project is being carried out by apprentices at the Crewe factory and Bentley specialists.

After being brought out of 15 years of storage, the 1965 T-Series is being assessed for what work is required. When the restoration is complete, which Bentley estimates will take 18 months, the car will join the firm’s Heritage Collection.

Work on this very first T-Series started in October 2016 and was then put on hold until now. The engine is now running and work has started on the bodywork.
